The Blue Bell Review exists to empower students aged 6–16 across the globe by providing a platform where their creativity, ideas, and voices can be heard and celebrated.
We believe that every young person has a unique perspective worth sharing. Through our digital magazine, we showcase student writing, art, audio essays, and multimedia projects - creating a space where creativity flourishes and connections form.
Guided by a dedicated student editorial team and supported by an adult advisory board, we're building more than a publication - we're building a movement of young changemakers.
Our Founder's Intent
At just 15 years old, Elaine lamented the lack of "for youth, by youth" magazines in India. She saw a gap - young voices in India had few platforms where they could truly be heard and celebrated by their peers. Determined to change that, she launched The Blue Bell Review, envisioning a vibrant community where student writers and artists could make their voices heard.
The Blue Bell Review is intentionally a highly selective magazine - a publication that young creators can be genuinely proud of being published in. Elaine wanted to create a platform that motivates and inspires her peers the same way Stone Soup magazine inspired her when she was younger and continues to inspire her today.
Through The Blue Bell Review, she's building more than just a magazine - she's creating a movement that empowers young Indians to share their creativity, perspectives, and stories with the world.
