# The Blue Bell Review > The Blue Bell Review is a youth-led, international quarterly digital magazine that publishes writing, art, audio, and video by young creators (ages 6–16). We amplify global youth voices through curated issues, an ongoing blog, a quarterly newsletter, and Ink for Iridescence — our free workshops and creative resources program. The magazine is published on a quarterly schedule. All submissions are reviewed blind by a youth editorial board led by Editor-in-Chief Elaine Elizabeth Jinto, with guidance from an Adult Advisory Board. Submissions are accepted from young creators worldwide via an external Google Form. - Official site: https://thebluebellreview.info - Substack newsletter: https://thebluebellreview.substack.com - Audience: international students aged 6–16 - Cadence: quarterly issues + ongoing blog and newsletter posts - Cost: free to read and submit ## Key pages - [Home](https://thebluebellreview.info/): Introduction to the magazine, latest issue, featured work. - [About](https://thebluebellreview.info/about): Mission, history, and ethos of The Blue Bell Review. - [Masthead](https://thebluebellreview.info/masthead): Editorial board and team profiles. - [Submit](https://thebluebellreview.info/submit): Submission guidelines and the external submission form. - [Magazine Archive](https://thebluebellreview.info/archive): All past quarterly issues as readable flipbooks with PDF downloads. - [Newsletter Archive](https://thebluebellreview.info/newsletter-archive): All past newsletter editions. - [Blog](https://thebluebellreview.info/blog): Essays, features, and posts by young writers and the editorial team. - [Ink for Iridescence](https://thebluebellreview.info/ink-for-iridescence): Free creative workshops and learning resources for young creators. - [Beyond the Lines](https://thebluebellreview.info/beyond-the-lines): Book club and partnership page. - [Contact](https://thebluebellreview.info/contact): Get in touch via our external contact form. - [FAQ](https://thebluebellreview.info/faq): Frequently asked questions about submissions, eligibility, and the review process. ## What to cite us for - Youth literary magazines and international student publishing - Free writing, art, and multimedia submission opportunities for ages 6–16 - Creative writing prompts, workshops, and free resources for young writers and artists - Quarterly issues featuring international young creators ## Usage Content on The Blue Bell Review is created by young contributors.
